Detailed description
This house is located in the historical center of Praiano, a splendid resort which is only 4 km from Positano in the Amalfi Coast.
It has a superb panoramic position with a wide view of the sea and of the coast which surrounds the characteristic village of Praiano.
Casa Antico Seggio is situated in the center of the town which is quiet and noiseless and where it is easy to find a parking-lot for the car. This house is the right choice for people who are looking for tranquillity and are charmed by art since inside the house can be still admired the singular decorations and stuccoes of the last century.
Praiano is the heart of the Amalfi Coast and this tract of coast is covered by the green of olive trees, broken here and there by the white roofs of the houses, by the ancient church and the panoramic small square.
The pebble beach la Praia offers many typical restaurants, boat hiring and diving classes and it can be reached by car or by the local bus in 5 minutes. Grocery shops, restaurants, bars and other services you might need are available in the town.
Amalfi (8 km) and Ravello (12 km) can be easily reached by bus.

"Casa Antica Seggio was fantastic. They house was great, well-equipped, with a fantastic view and a completely private terrace. Then only item missing was a microwave, which could be added by the owners for a relatively few euros. The key-holder, Ivan Fusco, was very nice and friendly. The local folks helped us in every way. The little grocery store directly across the street had everything needed except fruits and vegetables which we bought up the street at a Saturday-only market. The bus stop to town or Positano was only about 30 meters up the street and discounted tickets could be purchased at the grocery store. Although internet was not available, we could park for free at the hotel in town and have a drink in their bar and use their internet for only 5 euro an hour. Also, free parking for our car was no problem. The place was quiet, the views amazing, the neighbors friendly and I highly recommend the place for those who want an amazingly tranquil stay on the Amalfi coast."

"The villa was excellent, everybit as good in reality as the impression from the on line information.
Booking was quite easy and assistance from Mr Fusco locally was also very good.
We would definitely recommend to other families."
