Casa Teresa is located in the upper part of Praiano in its historical center.
From its terrace, looking south, your sight will embrace the seascape of the coast and, early in the morning, you can admire the sunrise in front of you.
The apartment, which has been recently restructured, can be reached from the main road and it possible to park the car right in front of it.
The pebble beach la Praia offers many typical restaurants, boat hiring and diving classes and it can be reached by car or by the local bus in 5 minutes. Here it is also possible to find a boat which takes you to Capri every day.
Close to the house, there is the bus stop of the local shuttle which takes only 5 minutes to reach the beach and 20 minutes to reach Positano.
Praiano, the heart of the Amalfi Coast, is 6 Km from Positano, 9 Km from Amalfi, 15 Km from Ravello and 20 Km from Sorrento.
The apartment has 3 bed rooms with 7 sleeping places, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, terrace, TV.

"Tha appt is comfortable and the view from the terrasse is really wonderful.
Kitchen equipment is very poor, absolutely inadequate for 6 even 5 people. Cuttlery is of very low quality. On top there was nothing to clean the house.
The sun shade in the terrasse was broken and no solution was found to solve the inconveniences related to this problem. A bit of a shame considering that this sun shade is essentiel to stay outside.
We did not appreciate the gardener entering the property two or three times without even ringing the bell.

"The house in itself was very nice with a great view from the big terrace. However, the equipment in the kitchen such as pans, cuttlery, knives, glasses and bowl was in very, very bad shape. We did get som nwe frying pans after the first week but that was all. It was very difficult to cook a meal in the kitchen, possibly OK for heating pre cooked meals. Also the badding and the beds themselves were in bad shape.
In summary I'm sad to say that I would not recommend the house for a friend.
