The villa lies sheer above the sea on the beautiful Amalfi Coast that from Praiano alternates inlets and promontories in a succession of nature's wonders all the way to Amalfi. The terraces offers spectacular sunset views overlooking the Gulf of Salerno and the Saracen Tower of Praiano. The villa is entered to directly in the road of the Amalfi Coast, up a flight of about 60 steps. The villa is composed of three double bedrooms and single bedroom sleeping 7 people, a large living area an old Vietri ceramic floor, with a double sofa-bed,satellite-TV and wireless adsl line, two bathrooms with shower, a full equipped kitchen, a local Laundromat with washer-machine and large terrace with a spectacular views the sea. The villa is furnished of air conditioned and heating. The price includes a cleaning-service during the week of 2 hours a day for twice a week, and bath-linen change twice a week. The beach at La Praia with several typical restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, bars, boat rental, scuba-diving centre is 2 minute walk away. The bus stop which conned to Amalfi, Ravello, Positano and Sorrento is near the property. The car can be parked in a parking against payment near the villa. Praiano the nearest village with grocery store, butcher shop, emporium, bancomat services, first aid station, restaurants, bars and other services is 1 km away. Amalfi is 8 km away, Positano 6 km, Sorrento 20 km and Ravello 12 km. Trekkers can enjoy several excellent trails in the area. The famous Sentieri degli Dei(Path of the Gods) can be easily reached from the villa.
