Surrounded by olive trees, this villa is comprised of two independent apartments, situated on the first and second floors, named Villa Gardenia and Villa Fiordaliso, each accessible from an external staircase. Each apartment has a private terrace with sun loungers, a table with chairs, and unobstructed views of the sea. Unit 1:(90m2) First floor: The combined living/dining room is furnished with two couches, a TV (local channels only), and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher, as well as a table with chairs. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. Unit 2: (120m2) Second floor: A staircase of 10 steps from the first floor leads to the second floor. The combined living/dining room is furnished with two couches, a TV (local channels only), and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher, as well as a table with chairs.
