Surrounded by olive trees, this villa is comprised of two independent apartments, Villa Gardenia and Villa Fiordaliso, situated on the first and second floors, each accessible from an external staircase. Each apartment has a private terrace with sun loungers, a table with chairs, and unobstructed views of the sea. Unit 1: at the first floor the combined living/dining room is furnished with two couches, a TV (local channels only), and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher, as well as a table with chairs. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. A staircase of 10 steps from the first floor leads to the second floor. Unit 2 at the second floor the combined living/dining room is furnished with two couches, a TV (local channels only), and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher, as well as a table with chairs. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower.
