The villa is surrounded by a 2,000 m2 (6.500 feet square) park. The large swimming pool provides cool comfort and relief from the summer heat, while on the big patio you can sunbathe and relax in peace away from intrusive onlookers. The property is is made up of the villa (with 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms -one could be convrted in double- and a single bedroom with an extra bed) and of an indipendent restored barn (with a living room, kitchenette, 1 double room and a bathroom).
Villa Pontile is 1,5 Km (0.95 miles) far from the sandy beach. Not far from the property you can rent bikes.
Villa Pontile is located in the Versilia coast: the most famous seaside resort in Tuscany. Just about every European noble but also diplomats, business-men and managers, artists and V.I.P.s had their beautiful villas, protected by the greenery of the pinewoods, built in this zone. Moreover they chose its sandy beaches to spend their holidays and to relax themselves.During the last century the Versilia coast has become a famous tourist resort and its value is recognized all over the world: although a part of the original environment has been turned into enchanting gardens, kitchen gardens and luxuriant meadows surrounding beautiful villas, the man-nature relationship has been kept intact.
