Plunged into a wonderful Tuscan landscape, owned by Napoleone Bonaparte, the country-house is scattered on a “knoll” at the foot of the San Miniato’s hill, an historical village full of monuments and cultural activities, and famous for the production of the white truffle too. Two floors, joined by a great central staircase, compose the house. The large and elegant rooms make the atmosphere ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. In the summers, a large garden sloping down to the swimming pool offers the opportunity to appreciate completely the charmer beauty of one of the most beautiful country all over the world. Villa Uliveto was recently subtly restored.
In the ground floor you can find two wonderful big rooms divided by a large central passage.
On the right hand of the passage there is a large kitchen communicating with the dining room, and the saloon furnished with period furniture. On the first floor the house has six large bedrooms with twelve beds, which join charm and sobriety of the details together with the functionality.
The house is completely furnished with period furniture, rooms are air-conditioned and equipped of TV sat and bathrooms with bath or shower.
Some of them have arranged facilities for handicapped people.
Villa Uliveto has a wonderful garden with swimming pool, rich of relaxing and evocative natural sceneries. Ancient trees and green meadows make the ambient rich of shadows and quiet places: the ideal place to relax and rest the body and mind. Next to the country-house you will find many villages rich of history, with their fortifications and towers and a naturalistic and very evocative landscape. You can also dispose of many services such as Montecatini Spa km 34, Golf km 2, Bank km 2, Post Office km 2, Supermarket km 3, Beach km 40, Versilia km 60, San Miniato railway station km 3, Pisa airport km 45. Thanks to its favourable geographic situation, from Villa Uliveto it is possible to reach in less than one hour all the main artistic cities of Tuscany: Florence 20 min, Pisa 20 min, Lucca 30 min, Siena 40 min, San Gimignano 20 min, Volterra 30 min.
