Detailed description
The apartment is located in the suburbs of Florence, from where the rolling Chianti hills begin. It is approximately 10 km from the Ponte Vecchio (25 minutes by car). The apartment was designed from the charming cellar of the villa and it was completely restructured in 2000.
The apartment consists of the following: one small double bedroom; one single bedroom; bathroom with shower; living room with fireplace; kitchen.
The entrance is independent from the villa and the entry way was constructed from the former garage. The windows are blind; they look out into a basement ventilation space but light enters the apartment from overhead windows. The apartment is not so bright but its wonderful atmosphere makes it a lovely vacation residence.
