Situata nella parte alta di Positano, dal suo spendido terrazzo vista mare esposto a sud si puo ammirare tutte le sere il magnifico tramonto del sole tra l'isola dei Galli e i faraglioni di Capri, dove si potrebbe dire che, come a Capo Nord, il sole non tramonta mai; ecco il perché del nome di questa casa.
Si accede dalla strada principale che porta al centro di Positano scendendo soli 7 scalini.
L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato recentemente.
In soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono il centro e la grande spiaggia, che offre diversi ristoranti tipici, noleggio barche e scuola di sub, e dalla quale tutti i giorni si puo prendere il battello per Capri.
Proprio davanti casa si ferma il servizio interno di pullman che impiega soli 5 minuti per il centro e la spiaggia. Inoltre dalla stessa fermata si possono raggiungere Sorrento, Amalfi e Ravello che distano soli 17 Km, 15 Km e 22 Km da Positano.
Sia i negozi che i ristoranti tipici distano solo pochi minuti, e possono essere raggiunti con una semplice passeggiata.

"We had a lovely time at the Solaris. It has an incredibly convenient location, being just about 50 feet from the bus stop that's used for buses both internally in Positano and the line that runs to Sorrento and Amalfi. The villa is just a couple minutes' walk to two small markets where we were able to buy bread, cheese, fruits, vegetables and even diapers. It's also less than a five minute walk to a decent restaurant/pizzeria and seafood counter.
We found the bedrooms to be small, but comfortable. The kitchen has a good sized fridge and stove and oven, but no microwave. The bathroom has just about the smallest shower I've ever seen, but it works just fine.
Ms. Fortunata was very warm and helpful, and the driving service they recommended also worked out great. We'd highly recommend a stay at the Solaris."

"We had a marvellous stay at Villa Solaris, especially when we found out that the balcony was adjacent to the Municipal wedding venue.
We were surprised that there was not a kettle and only one bath towel per person for the week. After walking around in bare feet it was evident that the tiled floors had not been mopped - especially when you pay a EURO 70 cleaning fee when you leave.
We would recommend this Villla but do believe these minor issues should be addressed for future guests.
It was in a fantastic position with outstanding views and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The villa was clean and is in a simply fantastic location with a breathtaking view from the terrace, 32 steps away is Bar Internazionale which serves the most amazing cakes and gelatos.
The bus to the beach stops right outside the villa - this made the stay very convenient for us as we travelled with 2 young children.
There's a great local store which sells all essentials and a grocers with delicious local fruit and veg.
Booking was extremely easy and Guiseppe was most helpful, as was Ms Fortunata who handed over the keys: she was very warm and welcoming.
We will definitely stay here again!"

"Enjoyed the unit and quite liked that it was right at the top of the hill as it was close to a little supermarket and fruit and veg shop. There are 711 steps to climb up and down to the beach which we really found fun as you weaved your way through the beautiful villas along the way. The local bus and the Sita bus to Almalfi or Sorento also leave just outside the apartement which was also handy. Enjoyed the lovely very big patio area which overlooks the ocean. On the down side, there were no little pieces of essentials at all in the apartement which was dissapointing as all the other apartement that we have stayed in around the world have had at least some oil, salt, sugar etc. We also found the greeting service very dissapointing. The man who was to meet us and give us the keys was quite unhelpful and was over an hour late to meet us when we left which almost made us miss our ferry."

"Our holiday in July 2009
It was a very pleasant stay at the appartment so we enjoyed it very much. The sea view was beautifull.
Some minor things were the poor cleaning of the refrigerator but this was solved the next day when the cleaning person came back.
Secondly the umbrella, which is needed in August, was not very stabel, so I can recommend this to be solved next time and add an extra umbrella.
Overall a 7+

"Amazing place - great views and great location.
Our stay was slightly soured though when the owner decided to charge us 30 Euro for our daughter accidentially breaking a crappy looking bedside lamp shade!!!!!"

"Great Location with great views of Positano
20 minute walk to the centre of town, with Internet, great restaurants, supermarkets and shops outside your door!
Amazing large balcony with sun beds and the apartment is very spacious with an abundance of sunlight
A wonderful stay!"
