Direttamente sulla spiaggia di Praiano ed a pochi passi dal centro, questa casa è stata costruita nei primi anni del '900 è un'abitazione particolarmente adatta ad una clientela giovane e dinamica sia per la vicinanza alla spiaggia che per la facilità nel raggiungere i numerosi locali e i piccoli ristoranti che offrono ottimi piatti a base di pesce freschissimo e la pizza napoletana preparata secondo la più antica tradizione con pomodoro e mozzarella di bufala freschissima.

Where to begin? The villa is amazing. It sits about 50 yards from the beach right in la Praia. Michelina, her husband, son, and daughter-in-law (who runs amazing boat tours Amalfiations, LLC. www.amalfivacations.com) were super friendly, helpful and fun. Although the villa has only two bedrooms, it can sleep 5 if neeeded. The kitchen is huge and has everything one needs for making meals. There is a wood fired pizza oven (takes 24 hours to get going) and wood fired grill in the lemon grove located just behind the house and above the larger of the two outside eating areas. Michelina has an amazing collection of ceramics and there are plenty of plates, dishes and other item to make cookinf meals an easy process. There is wifi (not for free but worth it). There are also a handful of goo restaurants on the beach and a nightclub (Africana) within easy strolling distance. Book now because the villa gets renters very quickly.

August 2012 Out time in the Amalfi Coast was incredible. Thank you Michelina for your hospitality. You have an amazing house, exquisite decoration and a heart of gold. My kids (6, 11 and 13) had a blast! Emilio loved your homemade lemmocello and the sorbete!! We will always remember you by watching at the old paintings that you gave us. Emilio & Patricia (and kids) from Houston Tanti grazie Michelina for let me practice my beginner level italian with you!!

The villa was lovely and as described & we had a good time. Just a small point, and I don't want to make too much of it as the owners were helpful and friendly is we felt the extra charges were excessive. The villa could not have needed 70 euros worth of cleaning, we could not have used 40 euros of electricity & we also felt 25 euros to connect to the internet was a lot. Perhaps it would be better to charge more rental and have the deposit for damage/ breakages etc..
