Villa dei limoni è situata nel centro di Vettica Maggiore, frazione di Praiano, e l'accesso dista solo 40 scalini dalla strada principale. Dalla terrazza soleggiata si può ammirare l'antica Torre Saracena, così come l'intera costa da Positano ai famosi Faraglioni di Capri. Lungo la strada principale è possibile trovare tutti i servizi dei quali si possa avere bisogno, diversi negozi alimentari, bar e ristoranti. La fermata dell'autobus si trova a 20 metri dall'appartamento. La spiaggia di ciottoli di La Praia, che offre diversi ristoranti tipici, affitto barche e scuola di sub, può essere raggiunta in macchina o in autobus in 5 minuti. Praiano, il cuore della Costiera Amalfitana, si trova a 6km da Positano, 9km da Amalfi e 15km da Ravello.

The Villa was very nice, clean, and welcoming. Beautiful views of the coast. Should be warned that it is very high up so a rental car is a MUST! Water pressure also a little rough. But overall it was fantastic.

We loved Praiano, and Luigi, the contact person for the villa couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. The villa Dei Limoni was lovely and comfortable with fabulous views. But it is nearly 400 steps up from the town centre or up a very steep hill even from the bus, which is not 20 metres away! It's fine if you're fit but if not you would need a car or taxis. That said, it is lovely and worth the effort.

The views from the two large balconies are amazing and beautiful. Parking was available directly in front of the gate to the villa and access to the villa was only 50 steps from parking. The four rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very small but well maintained. We also expereinced the hot water issue but once resetting the tankless water heater was explained to us by Mr. Luigi, getting hot water was no longer a problem. This villa is high up the hill, not recommended if you do not have a car or are in very good shape for the climb. But it is a very relaxing and pleasant place to look at the spectacular view, watch the sunset and just enjoy.

Just back from week in this villa. Disappointed with second bedroom whcih has a small window very high up at roof level. The kitchen utensils provided could have been cleaner and we had several days without hot water for showers. Owner lives down on the next level but not too interested in sorting out gas boiler problem. View from terrace is superb but a car in vital as 400 steps down to main road can't be negotiated too often.
