is only 1 km from the center of the characteristic coastal town of Praiano directly over the sea. It's position offers the opportunity to spend your holidays in an atmosphere of absolute peace and relaxation. The 300 square meters accomodation is composed of four bedrooms: one twin bedroom, and three double bedrooms, two of them in the annex with en-suite bathroom, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven. Two wide living rooms both well furnished, one with satellite television and the other with a fireplace made of stone. Three bathrooms are equipped with shower, one with a bathtub. The two terraces are really wide and both have a breathtaking view of the sea and the coast of Amalfi. In the price is included daily cleaning. Guests can reach the villa going down a stairway made of approximately 70 steps. Stores, bars, restaurants and the bus stop are next to the villa(abt. 200 meters). You will not need a car to stay at Villa La Delfinella. If you do have one, you can park it inside the entrance gate. The space is suitable for an intermediate car.
