How do I make a reservation?

To book a property you can through our web site, after your choise,  check the date on the calendar. You just have to fill your email address and any requests and send to us.

Once check the availability we will send you an e-mail with the link for on-line reservation. When you are ready to book it just click on the blue link at the bottom “to confirm reservation click here” and follow the guided instruction, you will be required to fill a form and pay the deposit by credit cards or wire transfer.

The price that appears is what you are going to pay, any extras are indicated on the voice “more information”, below  the calendar, and they have to be paid directly in loco.

Rental are available from Saturday to Saturday, but on request and if it is possible we can arrange a stay with different dates.

 

How can I pay for the rental?

We accept credit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Transaction are absolutely secured. You can be also made it by wire transfer.

 

When is the check-in and check-out time?

Normally check-in is between 4 to 8 p.m.

Check-out is normally by 9 a.m.

If properties are just cleaned at your arrival before 4 p.m. you can take place on your accommodation.

 

Do we need a car?

Car is not necessary in the Amalfi Coast: public transportations are easy reachable.

Almost of our properties have the bus stop closed to their entrance.

 

Are linens provided?

 In  all the properties linens and towels are included in the price of the rental. You can request extra change of linens paying directly to the owner.

 

How we will find the property?

Once we receive the balance for your reservation, we will send you the voucher that contains all the information you need to reach the house: address, name of the owner or a representative that will be waiting for you in the spot. We advice to contact about 3 hours before your arrival.

 

Is there a discount for long rentals?

E mail us to have your quotation.

 

Is the availability reported on your web site accurate?

Generally the availability is update in real time as reservation are made, except for reasons not dependent on us.

 

What happens if we break something while we are in the house?

You should inform the property owner of the damage. The owner might subtract the amount needed to repair the damage from the security deposit. Contact us if you need assistance.

 

How is the payment terms?

Once you receive the email with the link for the payment you have 5 days to provide with the 25% of the total amount of the rental to confirm.

We require the final payment 2 months before your arrival.

Note that we try to be flexible with this condition when it is possible! 

 

How are the penalties?

In event of cancellation the penalties are reported in the general conditions, but we will try to reprotect the rent so to return the deposit or part of the total amount paid.

 

Why reserve with us?

We are a Travel Agency, not a Property Agency, operating since 20 years. We are glade to arrange every kind of tourist packet: excursions, air booking, ferries, insurances, hotel reservation. We are obliged to draw up a civil liability insurance to our customers.

 

At our arrival, is it possible find basic necessities?

If you want we can arrange a cost of basic needs. Just send us an e-mail with what you need and you will pay at your arrival.
