The apartment is part of a small complex of 4 units in an old, typical fisherman's house in Praiano in the Amalfi Coast. It is on the first floor and to reach it, you have to climb 30 steps. A large roof terrace equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, external shower, sofa, armchairs and beautiful flowers is shared with the other guests of the complex. From here you enter the unique lemon tree garden specially cared by the owner himself. The terrace is partly shaded by a pergola and offers a stunning view of the sea and the Amalfi Coast. To reach the beach of Marina La Praia, at about 300 meters from the apartment, you can either use a panoramic walk-away or the shuttle bus, which stops a few meters from the house. In summer time there are daily departures from the beach to Ischia and Capri. Shops and restaurants are at about 200 meters from the apartment. In the ceramic shop under the apartments, run by the owner, you will find any kind of the typical handmade ceramics of the Amalfi Coast. The apartment consists of: one double bedroom with air condition, television and access to a private balcony equipped with a table, chairs and an awning. From here you have a marvellous unobstructed view of the sea and the coastline. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower, one living room with double divan bed and an open kitchen with a 4 burner gas cooker, a small electric oven and a fridge. Both bathrooms are tiled with hand-painted ceramics of Vietri and have a hair dryer.
From Praiano you can easily reach Positano 8km, Amalfi 8km, Ravello 15km, Sorrento 20km or Pompei 30km. The nearest airport is Naples 65km.
