Villa Spino is a typical country house in Tuscany. It is situated on a hill between Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana. The villa, a former farmhouse, has been recently restored according to the latest standard of bio architecture, perfectly combining modern comfort with the life style of former days.
On the ground floor there is a big living room with a beautiful fireplace, satellite television, internet wi-fi and two panoramic windows. It is divided into a dining zone with a table for eight guests and a relax zone with a divan and armchairs. From the living room you can enter the garden. Furthermore there are two double bedrooms, one bathroom with hydromassage shower and washing machine and an open kitchen. To reach the first floor you can use either the external or the internal staircase.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, an open kitchen and a living room with divan and table for six guests, a fireplace, satellite televison, and internet wi-fi. From the living room you enter the terrace with a splendid view of the rolling hills of Tuscany.
The kitchen are furnished with dishwasher, four-burner gas cooker, microwave, electric oven, fridge and freezer. Safe, hairdryer, ironing facilities and barbecue are at the disposal of our clients. The pool (12x5 meters) is open from May till October. Chianciano Terme is the nearest town at 4 km.
