This independent house is situated in the centre of Praiano in the Amalfi Coast, in walking distance of shops, restaurants and other services. Next to the house you find a butchery and the stop for the local bus, which takes you to the beach in less than 5 minutes or up to Positano. The next restaurant is at 300 meters from the house. Villa Melissa is a characteristic 2-floored villa with domed ceilings. You reach it going up a flight of 50 steps. It is bright and furnished in a modern stile with some old furniture. It boasts a terrace with a splendid view of the entire Gulf as well as a nice solarium. On the first floor you enter a spacious living room with couches, television and table for 4 guests, a bathroom with shower, a very large kitchen with many amenities like electric oven, gas stove, dish washing machine, fridge and freezer. A table for six guests and three sideboards complete the furnishing. On this floor there is a double bedroom too, with access to a small balcony with a fantastic view over the sea. An internal staircase leads you to the second floor. Here there is a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with access to the solarium.
