This alone standing house has been renovated in 2013. Villa Virginia kept his authentic charm with domed ceilings decorated with stuccoes and small niches in old stone walls. It is situated in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast, 10 minutes on foot from the beach of La Praia. You find the closest restaurant at 800 meters, the bus stop and the grocery are in a radius of 200 meters.
Going down 18 steps you reach the entrance of Villa Virginia. Before you enter the house you will find a barbecue and a little vegetable garden and the pool. The house is divided in two double bedrooms, both with a window with sea view, satellite tv and an own bathroom (one with bathtub and chromo therapeutic shower and the other one with shower). In one bedroom you will have a safe in the wardrobe. Furthermore there is a living room with satellite tv, a dining table for 5 people and internet wi-fi, and kitchen with all amenities like gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, dish washing machine, toaster and American coffee maker. On the terrace, hidden in a cabinet, you will find a washing machine and ironing facilities. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs and offers a beautiful view of the blue sea.
