Villa is a beautiful two-story house in the upper part of Praiano on the Amalfi Coast. It is located in a pedestrian area at 100 meters from the Sita bus stop, 350 meters from the rocky beach of La Gavitella and close to restaurants, shops, bars and groceries. You just have to go up 30 steps to reach the entrance.
The property has a large private garden of 850 square meters equipped with sun umbrellas, tables, chairs, sun beds and a barbecue corner. The pool of 5x10 meters is open from May 1 till October 31. There is also a whirl pool corner for 2 guests. The pool area of 250 square meters is equipped with tables, chairs sun beds sun umbrellas and a toilet.
The villa is divided as follows:
on the ground floor there is a large living room with a four-seater sofa, two armchairs, a table and 4 chairs, satellite television and stereo. The pavement of the living room is Amalfi Coast style, handmade mayolica tiles. From here you can enter the beautiful terrace admiring the view of the sea and Praiano. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with satellite television and access to the terrace, two bathrooms with shower (one of them with hydro massage), one single bedroom, and a kitchen furnished with electric cooker, fridge and freezer, electric oven, dish washer and washing machine.
