Villa Zingone is an old three-story house of 220 square meters, located in Vettica Maggiore, the upper part of Praiano. Although it has been completely renovated, the villa did not loose its typical Amalfi Coast charme. From the terraces you have an unforgettable view of Capri and Positano. To reach the entrance of Villa Zingone, you have to climb 25 stairs. The bus stop is at 100 meters from the house, groceries and restaurants are in walking distance. The rocky beach of La Gavitella is at 500 meters. The beach of Marina La Praia with its marvellous fish restaurants can be reached by bus.
The villa is divided as follows:
on the entrance level there is a double bedroom with toilet en-suite, a kitchen with a four burner gas cooker, an oven, a table for 4 guests and a fridge with freezer. Furthermore there is a living room with a 3-seater sofa and a room with a shower.
The first floor can be reached either by an internal or by the external staircase. It is furnished with 2 double bedrooms(one with access to the terrace, the other one with a window with sea view), 3 bathrooms with shower, 1 living room with 3-seater sofa and access to the terrace, 1 kitchen with a table for 4 guests, a 4-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer and a terrace with a stunning view of the sea.
