This house, built in the early twentieth century is situated right on the beach in the lower part of Praiano in the Amalfi Coast, and it is especially suited to young, active holidaymakers due to its proximity to the beach and the many bars and small restaurants offering excellent fresh fish-based dishes and Neapolitan pizzas prepared according to the age-old tradition, topped with tomatoes and fresh 'mozzarella di bufala'.
In the large garden his with palm and fruit trees the clients will find a walled barbecue and a piazza oven perfect for outside dinners. Parking space is available against payment and the bus stop for Sorrento and the other small towns of the Amalfi Coast is a few meters from the house. During the summer season boats are leaving every day for Capri or other small places along the coast. The owners speak English well, and they will help you whenever they can.
The house is composed of: two double bedrooms(with the possibility to add another single bed), two bathrooms (one with tub and the other one with shower, one toilet with washing machine next to the pool, one living room with satellite television, one large kitchen with fire place, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dish washing machine and many other small utilities, a swimming pool with external shower and three terraces, one with beautiful sea view, another with walled barbecue and pizza oven. All out door areas are equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs.
