The villa is located in the upper part of Praiano in its historical center.
From its terrace, looking south, your sight will embrace the seascape of the coast and, early in the morning, you can admire the sunrise in front of you.
The apartment, which has been recently restructured, can be reached from the main road and it is possible to park the car right in front of it.
The pebble beach of Marina la Praia offers many typical restaurants, boat hiring and diving classes and it can be reached by car or by the local bus in 5 minutes. Here it is also possible to find a boat which takes you to Capri every day.
Praiano, the heart of the Amalfi Coast, is 6 Km from Positano, 9 Km from Amalfi, 15 Km from Ravello and 20 Km from Sorrento.

Fabulous villa - great kitchen, pool, terrace and air-con to boot! Tony who handles the place was really great to deal with as well. The view was amazing and because its so high up it was really peaceful and quiet. Praiano had everything we needed as well, good supermarket etc. Only piece of advice is to make sure you have a car or a scooter, this place is just a little bit too high up to be accessed on foot all the time....
